Overview

We are seeking a skilled Wire Transfer Specialist to join our team in a fully onsite role. This position plays a critical role in processing financial transactions while delivering high-quality customer support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing wire transfers from start to finish and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international wire transfers end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and security
• Authenticate clients and gather all required information to complete transactions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to wire inquiries and transaction support
• Resolve exceptions and discrepancies related to wire transfers
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and transaction records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Identify and escalate complex issues as needed
• Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and security protocols
• Meet established performance metrics and service standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on wire processing experience
• Direct experience completing wire transfers end-to-end (not split functions)
• Minimum 1 year of experience identifying and preventing fraud in financial transactions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a structured call center environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, or payment processing environments
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to wire transfers
