Registered Nurse Operating Room

$2665.60/week - Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Travel RN for the Operating Room to provide specialized surgical nursing care across multiple specialties. The role involves supporting perioperative services with a focus on cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular procedures. Responsibilities: Provide expert surgical nursing care to patients in the operating room setting. Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and sterile technique adherence. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to ensure smooth procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any intraoperative changes. Maintain strict aseptic protocols and document all clinical interventions accurately. Support post-operative patient care and ensure safe recovery from anesthesia. Qualifications: Valid RN license with at least 2 years of OR nursing experience. Strong clinical skills in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular surgeries. Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Demonstrated knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization procedures. Flexibility to work day shifts with potential on-call responsibilities. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
