About the Role
Youll be responsible for servicing a well-established route, primarily residential clients, with some commercial, retail, and industrial customers. If youre detail-oriented, reliable, and a great communicator, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional pest control services to residential and commercial clients.
Manage an assigned route efficiently, ensuring quality service.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience as a Pest Control Technician is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
Sales experience or familiarity with construction is a plus.
Comfortable with using technology for reporting and record-keeping.

Requirements

Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record for the last 3 years.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be able to work 40+ hours a week, including occasional Saturdays.
Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
