Clinical Manager (RN)We have recently partnered with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable hospice organization in the Savannah, GA area. This organization is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and providing quality care to patients and their families.Compensation & Benefits:$85,000+ Depending on ExperienceHealth Insurance (Employer pays 70%+ of premium)Dental & Vision InsuranceMileage ReimbursementGenerous PTO + Paid HolidaysRetirement: 403(b) with Company MatchSupplemental Coverage (Life, Short/Long-Term Disability, etc.)Schedule:Full-Time, 40 Hours Per WeekIncludes Some After-Hours & Weekend RotationOn-Call Rotation RequiredResponsibilities:Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for home care and/or after-hours teamsSupervise, train, and evaluate clinical staffEnsure compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission standardsMaintain high-quality patient care and hospice best practicesManage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performanceParticipate in budgeting, cost control, and operational planningServe as a resource and leader for interdisciplinary teamsRequirements:Active Registered Nurse License in GeorgiaBSN Preferred3+ Years of Management or Supervisory ExperienceHospice, Home Health, or Oncology Experience PreferredStrong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skillsValid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation RequiredPlease send your updated resume to View email address on click.appcast.io
