Manager, Product Management - Personal Loans Application Fraud Decisioning

About the Team At the heart of the Fraud team’s culture is the reflex to ask questions: Why is this the right problem to solve? What are our options, and of those, which is the optimal solution? About the Role Personal loans introduces a unique risk relative to credit cards because personal loans are disbursed in one lump sum after approval. We are looking for a Product Manager who will determine and build the right fraud detection and mitigation that propels a first‑in‑class frictionless experience for true customers, while triggering the appropriate verification tools to deter fraudsters when risk is detected. Basic Qualifications Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing. Alternatively, holds a Bachelor’s degree in any field and has at least three years of Product Management experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
