Required Qualifications:

• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, must meet alternate route requirements for education and training as set forth by ASCP, NCA, or AMT for certification.
• Ability to operate laboratory instrumentation and perform patient phlebotomy.
• Demonstrated superior work knowledge and organizational skills.
