Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Overview

Join a friendly and highly collaborative team of pediatric anesthesiologists at Children’s Mercy Kansas City. Ideal candidates will be BE/BC in Anesthesiology, ACGME fellowship trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology, and eligible for medical licensure in the States of Missouri and Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care to approximately 27,000 children per year across pediatric operating rooms, procedure suites, and radiology.
• Support both clinical and academic work, including education, teaching, and research opportunities.
• Perform own cases and supervise anesthetists, residents, and fellows.
• Operate in a team‑based environment caring exclusively for pediatric patients.

Qualifications

• Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Anesthesiology.
• Completed ACGME‑accredited fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Missouri and Kansas.
