Responsibilities Collaborate with employees to identify and implement solutions to safety issues, ensuring a safe work environment. Review incident and injury reports; analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies through regular interactions with employees on the plant floor. Qualifications High School diploma or GED with 3–5 years of experience in a safety role within a manufacturing plant, preferably food manufacturing. Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, DOT, and EPA regulations, with strong technical expertise in manufacturing safety. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
