Assist in the development and enhancement of menu items. Qualifications Proven experience as a line cook or similar role. Culinary degree or relevant certification a plus. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., as well as stand extended periods of time. Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling.
