Senior QA AnalystLocation: Atlanta, GAJob SummarySenior QA/UAT & Business Analyst responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing, test strategy development, business analysis, and quality assurance coordination across CAPS systems and related enterprise applications.ResponsibilitiesLead UAT activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness.Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, data validation, and UAT testing.Create and maintain manual and automated testing solutions.Manage the full defect lifecycle and communicate testing metrics and risks.Enhance regression test suites and lead test automation initiatives.Support post-implementation validation and continuous process improvement.Required SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.5+ years of experience in QA, UAT, and/or Business Analysis supporting enterprise systems.3+ years of experience in test automation and automation strategy.3+ years of experience developing test strategies, test cases, and test scripts.Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Power Automate, UFT, or similar tools.Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar QA/test management tools.Experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.Strong requirements analysis, testing, data validation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Work Schedule100% remote with periodic visits to the DECAL office.Candidate must reside in Atlanta, GA.Must be available to visit the downtown DECAL office for the first and possibly second day for equipment and training.
