Position Summary

Fosun Pharma USA is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support the accuracy and integrity of revenue reporting for our North American commercial operations. Reporting to Finance leadership, this role will manage revenue recognition, reconciliation, and collections oversight in partnership with our third-party logistics provider. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in revenue accounting, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to turn financial data into clear insights for management, including gross-to-net analysis and cash forecasting. This is a hands-on role with visibility across the business and the opportunity to shape and improve revenue processes as our U.S. commercial footprint grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Recognition: Ensure accurate revenue recording in accordance with GAAP or company policies. Oversee invoice and credit processing by the third-party logistics provider.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile revenue accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Payment Tracking and Collections: Track customer payments and oversee the third-party logistics provider’s collection efforts for past-due balances.
• Revenue Analysis and Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present revenue reports and forecasts to management, ensuring data accuracy and providing meaningful financial insights. Analyze gross-to-net adjustments and their impact on net revenue.
• Financial Planning: Support cash management by forecasting customer receipts.
• Ad Hoc Financial Analysis : Conduct revenue-related financial analyses to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide insights into revenue performance.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to revenue accounting and reporting processes.
• Audit Support: Provide supporting documentation and explanations for internal and external audits.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure revenue reporting complies with industry standards, tax laws, and corporate policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Experience: At least two years of experience in revenue accounting, revenue reporting, or finance. Experience in commercial pharmaceutical operations is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, perform ad hoc financial analyses, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and revenue tracking.
• Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate revenue reports and financial analyses to stakeholders.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $115,000 base salary

The salary range for this role reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The salary range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. Job Title is subject to change based on candidate experience. The STI and BDI plans are based upon company and/or individual performance.
