Hopkinton, MA (Onsite) Full-Time | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Long-Term Contract (Contract-to-Hire Possible) Up to $25.99/hr
About the Role
We are hiring a Data Entry / Lab Support Associate to join our team in Hopkinton, MA. This is a data-focused role within a laboratory setting, ideal for candidates with strong computer and organizational skills.
Note: This is not a scientific or research-based lab role. Lab experience is not required or preferred.
What You'll Do
- Review emails and process incoming customer orders daily
- Perform high-volume data entry (26 hours/day)
- Receive and verify sample shipments against documentation
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding sample issues
- Prepare and ship media orders (UPS/FedEx)
- Maintain accurate records in LIMS (training provided)
- Support basic lab operations, including media preparation and inventory tracking

- Strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift small packages (up to 25 lbs)
- Quick learner with comfort using new systems

- Data entry or administrative experience
- Familiarity with inventory or tracking systems
