Inmate Substance Abuse Counselor

The Sheriff’s Dept Worcester seeks a Substance Abuse Counselor I to educate inmates, probationers and parolees about substance use, risks, and recovery options, and to teach relapse prevention programs. You will develop individualized aftercare plans, maintain accurate records, and refer individuals to medical, mental and social services, while upholding professional conduct and timely attendance. The role requires cooperation with staff and community agencies to support successful #J-18808-Ljbffr Commonwealth of Massachusetts
