JOB DESCRIPTION: Ophthalmology Medical Office specializing in Cataract and LASIK, located in La Jolla, is looking for an excellent Medical Front Desk Receptionist.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Motivation to learn all components of the role
- Bilingual English/Spanish
DUTIES:
- Greets patients
- Verifies insurance co-payments
- Answers phone lines
- Files medical charts
- Schedules patient appointments
- Makes appointment reminder calls
- Prepares patient charts and materials for the following day and week
- Keeps inventory of supplies
- Follows up with patients
- And much more
