Part-time nanny for 2 kids

We need a nanny with a semi-flexible schedule for 2 kids (3yo and almost 2yo). We need someone who can work for us long-term. We need help 3 days a week most weeks from 8:30am to 6pm. The days might be different each week, but we’ll try to be as consistent as possible. You’ll know the schedule 6 weeks in advance and be able to have a little bit of input on which days work best. Our daughter is 3yo and our son is turning 2yo in a few months. Ideal candidates have experience with multiple kids, comfortable with potty training (our daughter is trained but our son will be going through it in the next 6-12 months), can help prep lunch, and has high energy (they’re very active).
