Job Details Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract Job Title: Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) Setting: Medical-Surgical / OB Nursing Unit Location: Wray, Colorado Start Date: 08/31/2026 End Date: 11/28/2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights Shift Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Hours per Week: 36 Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,980 - $2,090 Schedule: Weekends required on a rotating every-third-weekend basis; no call Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing or similar acute care nursing experience preferred Experience caring for both Med/Surg and OB patients strongly preferred Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills Ability to work night shifts and participate in the weekend rotation Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care in the Med/Surg and OB settings Assess patients, monitor changes in condition, and respond appropriately to clinical needs Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive outcomes Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all standards of practice Adapt to changing patient needs while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Support a positive team culture and help ensure excellent care for the community served Why This Travel RN Job?
