Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of cardiovascular health, including physical examinations, patient history reviews, and diagnostic tests to formulate accurate treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications as appropriate, ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant medical records, documenting all patient interactions, treatment plans, and follow-up care in accordance with established standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiologists, nurses, and allied health professionals, to coordinate continuity of care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions.
• Lead patient follow-up initiatives, providing ongoing monitoring and adjustments to treatment protocols based on patient progress and emerging health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Cardiology NP will primarily focus on adults living with various cardiovascular issues such as hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, and other heart-related conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
