Radiologic Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in diagnostic radiology, which includes operating room (OR), fluoroscopy, portable x-rays, emergency department (ED), and general x-ray procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiology procedures including general x-rays, fluoroscopy, and portable imaging.
• Assist with radiologic services in the operating room.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while delivering high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff and provide necessary support during various imaging procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in diagnostic radiology.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) in Radiography (RT).
• Proficient in using Cerner or similar healthcare software.

Schedule

Full-time position with a schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Holiday Expectations

The Radiologic Technologist must be available to work a minimum of two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
