Physical Therapist

POSITION SUMMARY: Physical Therapists are responsible for overseeing, planning, and administering physical therapy evaluation and treatment to Rocky Mountain Health Care Services (RMHCS) program participants. The position blends outpatient, home health, and geriatric (55+) focused therapy to restore function and prevent disability.
