Pueblo Community Health Center (PCHC) in the family-oriented, multi-cultural town of Pueblo, CO is seeking a Behavioral Health Provider to join our comprehensive team in a Medical Home that provides excellent care for the underserved population. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing short- and long-term counseling as well as crisis intervention, taking psychosocial histories, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, interdisciplinary care coordination, and report writing. Knowledge of and experience with a variety of therapeutic techniques and different patient populations is a must. Experience working with substance use disorders and children and adolescents are also a plus. Spanish fluency strongly desired, but not required.

Competitive annual salary $70,000-$82,000 (dependent on experience)

PCHC has 12 sites that provide medical, dental, and behavioral health services. The main clinic, located in a beautiful, three-story building, operates with the latest technology. A new, state-of-the-art, net zero clinic on the city's east side was constructed in 2021 and opened to patients in January 2022. The 64,000 square foot building is the newest and largest in the PCHC system.
