Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Production Supervisor Details: Direct hire position $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 / annually Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) Job Details: Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved Manage, coach, and develop a team of 50-100 production employees and temporary staff Monitor production performance, including output, material usage, waste, and downtime Coordinate staffing, training, scheduling, and employee performance management activities Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, sanitation, and company policies and procedures Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production and equipment issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and operational performance Production Supervisor Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred 2+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience Experience in food, personal care, or related manufacturing environments preferred Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Proven ability to manage production goals, employee performance, and changing priorities Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are required Experience with manufacturing software; Deacom experience is a plus Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
