Data ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Platform Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, modernization, and delivery of enterprise healthcare data platforms. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and modern data solutions that support analytics, reporting, interoperability, and business decision-making.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Databricks, Big Data, and Lakehouse architecture, along with strong experience in healthcare data platforms, modernization, governance, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and delivery of healthcare data platforms across cloud and hybrid environmentsDrive platform strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiativesSupport enterprise analytics, reporting, and interoperability needsModernize legacy Big Data platforms to AWS and Databricks LakehouseDesign scalable frameworks for ingestion, curation, quality, reconciliation, governance, and monitoringOversee high-performance data pipelines for enterprise and clinical use casesProvide technical leadership across healthcare data domainsSupport claims, clinical, pharmacy, and interoperability dataEnsure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, reliability, and performancePartner with stakeholders and mentor engineering teamsPrioritize platform capabilities and roadmap investmentsEstablish best practices and reusable design patternsSupport Teradata/Terradata strategy and integration as needed10+ years of experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or enterprise data deliveryIncluding leadership experience in healthcare data environmentsStrong expertise in:AWSDatabricksApache SparkThe base salary for this position is $106,087 - $170,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
