We’re looking for an awesome OR Nurse who thrives in the surgical spotlight. You’ll team up with top-notch surgeons, scrub techs, and fellow RN legends to make sure every patient gets the gold standard of care. What You’ll Be Doing (besides being amazing): Providing safe, compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages Documenting like a boss (accurately, efficiently, legally!) Administering IV and oral meds like a pro Educating patients and families (because knowledge = power) Keeping the OR safe, sterile, and smooth-running Precepting and mentoring new teammates like the legend you are Helping with surgical procedures, prepping, and consents Stepping in as charge nurse when duty calls What You Bring to the Table: Graduate of an accredited RN program Current RN license (New Mexico or compact state) CPR/BLS within 30 days of hire Bonus Points If You Have: Bachelor’s in Nursing Specialty certification in perioperative nursing The Fine Print (aka work conditions): Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs (we weren’t joking about being a superhero) Exposure to chemicals and biohazards – but don’t worry, we’ve got PPE for days Why Join Us?
