Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of Program Planning & Scheduling Analysts Perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews Develop direct team knowledge and depth Prepare, develop and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives. Ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. Provide weekly status and reporting Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits Implement scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to: DCMA 14-point

NDIA EIA-748 32 Guidelines Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Critical Path Methodology (CPM) Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis and make recommendations to solve problems Create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership Effectively work with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of Planning & Scheduling, Program Cost Schedule Control, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering experience; OR Master’s degree with 5 years of the same experience Active government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and program access required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company. Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
