Join a leading provider of innovative living green wall systems and help transform commercial and residential spaces across North America. We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida.
In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), build and maintain relationships with contractors, dealers, and architects, and prepare accurate estimates based on construction plans and specifications. You will review project documents, interpret drawings, and ensure proposals are delivered on time with the correct scope of work. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of construction contracts, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of construction industry experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of construction contracts and estimating practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
