For more information, visit As a Full Time Health Center Manager Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Rome, GA. No nights, weekends, or on-call Benefits: 10 paid holidays CME allowance + CME days annually Excellent work-life balance Collaborative environment What we’re looking for: An experienced Nurse Practitioner with 3+ years of Primary Care NP experience who enjoys variety, leadership, and connecting with people. What You'll Do Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance. Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed. Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration. Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis. Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations. Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives. Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions. Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Performs other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Current license as an NP in practicing state. Current hands on certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the medical field. 2 – 3 years’ management experience. Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.
