Onsite Career Counselor & Case Manager
Career Team
Career Team is hiring a Career Advisor to provide career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services onsite. You will work under the Project Director and support workforce program eligibility and referrals. The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work with diverse communities.
