Overview We're seeking an experienced multi-line insurance agent for inside sales and service of both personal and commercial lines property & casualty policies. Position available immediately. Duties Engage with potential clients through inside sales efforts. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation within our agency management system. Provide exceptional customer service through the sales and service of personal and commercial lines accounts. Experience 1+ years insurance agency experience is required. Familiarity with insurance sales processes, including quoting, application procedures, and coverage explanation. Experience working with both admitted markets and excess & surplus lines. Knowledge of QQ Catalyst agency management system is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
