Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant

To support a growing medical practice, the full-time Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant will manage medical record documentation, ensure compliance, and update patient information while working remotely. Key responsibilities Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physicians Ensure compliance with medical record policies and update patient health information Perform clerical duties to enhance provider productivity and clinic workflow Required qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience in medical record management or a related field Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical compliance standards Proficient in using medical software and documentation tools Access to a laptop/desktop with at least an i5 processor and 8GB of RAM, and a reliable internet connection
