Full-Time Physical Therapist – Lake Arrowhead, CA Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full‑Time Physical Therapist to join one of our valued partner facilities in beautiful Lake Arrowhead, California. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to grow their careers in a supportive and dynamic clinical environment. This position is primarily outpatient-focused (90%) with occasional inpatient responsibilities, offering a well‑rounded clinical experience. Position Overview The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with a variety of physical conditions. You will work closely with a collaborative healthcare team to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
