Responsibilities Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Users and Computers. Configure and manage Cisco networking switches. Install and configure Windows operating systems and Office products. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement network and system solutions. Set up workstations and display systems including running network cables, patching RJ45 jacks and keystones. Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT services. Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups. Backup devices and restore systems. Ensure security best practices are followed and assist in the development of security policies. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products. Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computers. Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS is preferred. Proficiency in Ethernet Based Networking, IEEE802 standards and protocols, QoS, POE Experience with Cisco networking switches preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are a preferred.
