Project Engineer

Perform Completion and Commissioning activities related to fabrication and system testing of topside equipment. Assist with testing, verification, and documentation processes. Conduct Mechanical Completion (MC) follow-up and punch-out of defined packages. Prepare, set, and/or verify Valve & Blind lists. Execute commissioning activities on dedicated systems as assigned. Verify that field installations are constructed according to design specifications, P&IDs, and ISO drawings. Participate in system check-outs, verifications, and walk-downs. Contribute to the safe and efficient handover of systems to the operations team. Ensure effective communication between operations, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers. Required expertise Certification as a skilled worker or equivalent education and experience. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry. A proven track record in mechanical construction, project completion, or operational roles. Familiarity with Project Completion Systems (e.g., PIMS) and document management systems. Ability to read and understand P&IDs and ISO drawings. Experience from offshore operations or maintenance teams is a significant advantage. Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Language: English and Norwegian (written and verbal) Location: Stord, Norway (with periods of offshore rotation) Work schedule: Full-time, shift work including possible night shifts.
