The Role

This is a senior leadership role focused on turning the capabilities of the Entegrata platform into tangible business value for our customers.

You’ll work directly with law firm leaders to understand their priorities, identify opportunities, build roadmaps, and design and deliver solutions on the Entegrata platform. Those solutions may begin with reporting, analytics, and new data-driven insights, but will increasingly include AI-powered applications, agents, workflows, and other creative uses of the firm's data.

You'll play an important role before the sale, working alongside our sales team to demonstrate not simply what Entegrata does, but what a firm can do with Entegrata. As we scale, you'll help decide how that pre-sales capability should evolve into a dedicated function.

Over time, you'll build and lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers who work directly with customers to rapidly turn high-value ideas into working solutions. But our goal isn't to build everything ourselves. You'll also help develop an ecosystem of partners capable of building on Entegrata - giving customers the expertise and capacity they need while letting Entegrata focus on the highest-value, most innovative work.

This is a builder's role: part strategist, part technologist, part customer advisor, and part team leader. You'll report to our Chief AI and Data Strategy Officer, join Entegrata's Senior Leadership Team, and have a meaningful voice in how we evolve our product, services, partnerships, and approach to customer value creation.

You’ll also be joining at an important point in our growth. We plan to roughly double the company in both revenue and headcount, creating significant opportunity - and change - along the way. You should be energized by an environment where roles evolve, new capabilities emerge quickly, and leaders help build the organization while building their own functions.

What You’ll Own

• Customer value strategy. Understand customers' strategic priorities, business challenges, and technology landscape, then identify where Entegrata's data and platform capabilities can create the greatest value.
• Customer roadmaps. Develop practical roadmaps that move customers from platform implementation to increasingly sophisticated uses of their data - from foundational reporting and analytics through advanced data products and AI-enabled solutions.
• Applied solutions. Translate customer problems into solutions. Work with customers and Entegrata’s technical teams to design and deliver reporting, analytics, workflows, applications, and other capabilities built on the Entegrata platform.
• Forward deployed engineering. Build and lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers who work directly with customers to prototype, build, and deploy increasingly sophisticated solutions, particularly as Entegrata expands its AI capabilities.
• Executive customer engagement. Become a trusted advisor to technology, data, innovation, finance, and firm leaders, helping them think beyond individual use cases toward a broader strategy for creating value from their data.
• Patterns and accelerators. Turn common problems and successful solutions into repeatable approaches, templates, accelerators, and product opportunities, so Entegrata teams, customers, and partners can solve similar problems faster.
• Partner enablement. Help build an ecosystem of trusted services and technology partners who deliver solutions on the Entegrata platform. Develop the approaches, training, tools, and support that let partners build effectively - expanding capacity without every engagement being delivered directly by Entegrata.

What You’ll Partner On

• Pre-sales and solution engineering. Work alongside Sales on strategic opportunities, leading demonstrations, solution discussions, technical discovery, and workshops that connect a prospect’s priorities to the platform.
• Product strategy. Bring what you learn in the field into our product organization. Identify capabilities that should move from customer-specific solutions into the core platform, and shape the roadmap with real customer needs.
• Implementation and Customer Success. Create a smooth transition from implementing Entegrata to generating value from it, so customers don’t simply have a working data platform - they have a plan for what to do with it.
• AI innovation. Partner with Product and Engineering as Entegrata introduces new AI capabilities, then help customers combine those capabilities with their data to solve problems that weren’t previously practical.
• Partner ecosystem. Work with leadership to shape how we engage services and technology partners: what Entegrata should build and deliver directly, what partners are best positioned to deliver, and how the ecosystem expands customer choice and accelerates time to value.

What Success Looks Like

Your first 90 days: from learning the platform to owning the function.

FIRST 30 DAYS: Learn, Engage, and Contribute

• Develop a deep understanding of the Entegrata platform, our customers, and the legal technology landscape.
• Build relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering.
• Join active customer and prospect conversations, contributing to demos, discovery, solution design, and planning.
• Begin identifying high-value opportunities for customers to get more from the platform.

BY 60 DAYS: Shape and Deliver

• Lead customer conversations that identify opportunities, prioritize use cases, and produce actionable roadmaps.
• Own solution design and delivery for select customer initiatives in reporting, analytics, insights, and emerging AI.
• Become a key partner to Sales, independently leading demos, discovery, and solution conversations.
• Establish an initial framework for moving customers from platform -> opportunity -> solution -> measurable value.
• Identify repeatable patterns, accelerators, and partner opportunities.

BY 90 DAYS: Own and Scale

• Be a trusted advisor to customers and a senior internal voice on creating value from the platform.
• Own the Applied Solutions function, its operating model, and a clear vision for how it scales with the company.
• Deliver the initial roadmap for building Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Define an initial approach for enabling partners to build and deliver on Entegrata.
• Demonstrate a repeatable path from customer need to solution, and from solution to reusable pattern or product opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience designing and delivering technology solutions for sophisticated enterprise customers.
• The ability to move comfortably between business strategy and technical implementation.
• Experience with modern data platforms and turning data into reporting, analytics, applications, or workflows.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills, with executives and deeply technical teams alike.
• Experience leading demonstrations, discovery sessions, workshops, or other technical parts of complex enterprise sales.
• Strong solution-design instincts: hearing an ambiguous business problem, breaking it down, and deciding what should actually be built.
• A builder mentality and willingness to stay hands-on while creating a new function.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams, and the desire to build a Forward Deployed Engineering organization as Entegrata scales.
• Comfort in a fast-changing growth environment - helping shape the organization, not simply inheriting established processes.

Especially Valuable

• Experience in legal technology, law firms, or other sophisticated professional-services environments.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar modern data platforms.
• Experience with BI, analytics, data science, or AI application development.
• Experience building customer-facing technical teams at an early-stage or rapidly scaling company.
• Experience turning customer-specific solutions into repeatable products, accelerators, or methodologies.
• Experience enabling services partners, systems integrators, or other third parties to deliver on a platform.
• Experience with AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or other emerging approaches to intelligent applications on enterprise data.
