[Required Skills and Experience]


- Associate's degree in Business or Finance, or 1-5 years of relevant analyst experience (Bachelor's preferred).
- Proven analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Valid driver's license (driving required).

- Experience with STORMS, PowerPlan, and SAP.
- Power BI or Business Intelligence exposure.
- Familiarity with the utility industry and utility financial accounting.
