STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Source to Pay Architect Procurement Solution Architect on behalf of our client in Marysville, Ohio. The ideal candidate will lead the Procurement workstream for a large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation, defining future-state procurement processes and solution architecture across sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, inventory replenishment, and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Procurement workstream and define the future-state operating model.
• Own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay solution architecture across sourcing, purchasing, contracts, supplier collaboration, and procurement operations.
• Design standardized procurement processes and governance frameworks.
• Define supplier management, sourcing, purchasing, and procurement compliance strategies.
• Drive integration across Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Asset Management, and supplier-facing processes.
• Establish procurement reporting, analytics, and performance management frameworks.
• Partner with business and IT leadership to align procurement processes with SAP capabilities and best practices.
• Provide leadership throughout solution design, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Procurement and Source-to-Pay experience.
• Strong expertise in procurement operations, sourcing, supplier management, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Experience leading Procurement workstreams within SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, sourcing, contracts, or supplier management processes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement business operations.
• Experience with SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Solution Architect experience.
• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience supporting large, complex procurement organizations.
• Experience with procurement modernization and process standardization initiatives.
