Home Health PT Responsibilities As a Home Health PT at Inspired Homecare, you'll conduct comprehensive assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes. You'll work closely with a diverse healthcare team, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support to help patients achieve their goals. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate your preferences for weekdays, weekends, or a mix of both. Qualifications A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university/program. A current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with policies and procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in Home Health Therapy and completion of OASIS documentation is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Inspiredhomecare
