Job Title : CS&L Data Analyst Co‑Op (August 2026 – May 2027) Location : Hybrid, Overland Park, Kansas, United States Travel : Up to 10% of time Duration : August 2026 – May 2027 Salary Range : $23.00 – $31.00 / hr Job Number : 173442 Relocation Stipend : One‑time $2,500 if more than 50 miles away from the office Job Summary The CS&L (Customer Service & Logistics) Data Analyst Co‑Op will develop and manage data sets for analytical projects. This year‑long co‑op requires attention to detail, strong data‑analysis skills, problem‑solving ability, and an analytical mindset. The role supports the CS&L team and current analysts with data requests, curated data set creation, and the use of analytical tools to answer business questions and provide visibility. Responsibilities Use SQL to pull and aggregate data for CS&L projects, validating using SAP and other analytical tools. Conduct data cleaning, merging, architecture review, and quality control, and create documentation for each request. Help develop reports, analyses, and visualizations. Train end‑users on new reports and dashboards, incorporating their feedback. Collaborate with the CS&L team on reporting and automation of analytical needs. Work cross‑functionally with different teams on data sets, inputs, and outputs. Support other internal teams on projects requiring data preparation and analysis. Education & Experience Requirements Completed a minimum of 3 upper‑level college classes in data analytics (e.g., data analysis and forecasting, data mining and predictive analytics, system analysis and design, data visualization in business, or related areas). Experience working with databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, etc. Proficiency in SQL programming: ability to write complex queries to analyze data and validate quality. Working knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and relational/multidimensional databases. Enrolled student pursuing a degree for the duration of the position (August 2026 – May 2027). Full U.S. work authorization without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., H‑1B, F‑1, OPT, CPT). Desired Skills Strong customer focus and willingness to address customer needs. Ability to leverage multiple data sources (including SAP, external data, and internal reports). Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with accessing, inputting, and analyzing data in SAP. Proficiency with planning systems and Google & Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides). Compensation & Benefits Hourly salary: $23.00 – $31.00 / hr. Sign‑on or relocation stipend: one‑time $2,500 if >50 miles from office.
