Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the technical services to corporate based customer service call center and directly with the end user.
• Oversee corporate installation activities for your direct reports.
• Assist with the oversight of product performance including lifecycle, warranty, reliability, performance, field campaigns, technical assistance and publications.
• Act as product expert and aides and assists in both the marketing and sales process.
• This position reports to the General Manager - Customer Support - Automation and Emerging Technologies

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' related experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must have valid driving privileges
• Frequent travel (6-20%)
• Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or Business degree, with a minor or equivalent field experience in software support and network administration.
• Supervisory experience.
• Mechanical aptitude, excellent computer and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position.
• Must be self-motivated, willing to travel, and comfortable speaking in front of small groups. Bi-lingual language skills would be beneficial.
