Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ CVOR experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with CVOR protocols, instruments, and surgical procedures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for cardiovascular surgical patients
• Circulate and/or scrub during complex CVOR procedures
• Remain vigilant for any changes in patient condition and act accordingly
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Provide clear communication and support to patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Accurately document patient care and participate in ongoing process improvement
