About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Healthcare Media Business Unit Head to spearhead the launch of a new commercial business. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing the strategy and operating plan for this venture, which is focused on providing privacy-conscious digital media, audience intelligence, and measurement solutions to life science companies. This hands-on leadership role requires an entrepreneurial executive who can define the market strategy, shape initial solutions, establish client relationships, and build a commercial model for long-term growth. Key responsibilities include translating existing data, technology, and media capabilities into customer-centric solutions, personally developing early client relationships, and leading a team to ensure the business scales efficiently. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' senior leadership experience in healthcare media, pharmaceutical marketing, digital advertising, advertising technology, healthcare data, commercial analytics, or a related life sciences business. The role demands a proven track record in launching and scaling business units, products, or revenue-generating services, as well as strong relationships across the life sciences customer landscape. The ideal candidate will be financially fluent, have a working knowledge of digital audience activation, media buying, and campaign measurement, and be adept at leading cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced business or related degree being beneficial. The role offers the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment and requires the ability to build processes and accountability for business growth.
