Client Services Specialist

Managing an assigned portfolio of clients, the full-time remote Client Services Specialist will oversee case delivery, build trusted relationships, and collaborate closely with the Sales Account Director to ensure successful project management in the litigation AI space. Key responsibilities Serve as the named account owner for clients, proactively managing relationships and escalating risks as needed Coordinate case delivery from kickoff to completion, ensuring clear communication and expectation management with clients Translate platform capabilities into case strategies while collaborating with internal teams to address data and technical needs Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role within legal tech, litigation support, or professional services Background in litigation as an attorney, paralegal, or litigation support professional Proven experience in end-to-end case delivery management Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms, with a preference for Relativity certification or equivalent Familiarity with project management and CRM tools such as Monday and HubSpot
