Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required License: Active state nursing license required Certifications: ACLS and BLS required Must-Have: Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience required. Required cardiac catheterization procedure experience, including circulating procedures and diagnostic catheterizations (adult). Experience in left heart catheterization, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, and right heart catheterization. Procedure sedation administration and monitoring experience is necessary. Experience in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required. Cerner charting experience is required. Description: We are seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in interventional cardiac procedures. The position requires the ability to work day shifts for 12 hours. The average daily census in the unit is 25 patients. The unit consists of 5 rooms. The candidate must be available to work 2-3 weekends per contract. On-call duty is required as needed. First-timers are welcome to apply. The candidate should have a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Weekend coverage is required. The role involves floating within scope to meet facility needs. All required certifications must be current.
