About the Role:
NorthStar Home Hospice is looking for a passionate and driven Hospice Liaison & Community Marketing professional to join our compassionate team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, building meaningful relationships that connect patients and families with the exceptional end-of-life care they deserve. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and other healthcare referral sources
• Educate healthcare professionals and the community about hospice services, eligibility, and benefits
• Conduct regular sales calls and outreach visits to referral partners across the Cincinnati area
• Represent NorthStar Home Hospice at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient referral and admission processes
• Track and report on marketing activity, referral trends, and territory growth metrics
• Develop and execute territory-specific marketing strategies to grow census and brand awareness

Requirements:

• Prior experience in healthcare marketing, hospice, home health, or related medical sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach
• Knowledge of the hospice industry, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and referral processes is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
