Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical examinations Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in the Emergency Department Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.) Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, wound care, and other emergency interventions Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner in the EMR Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current New Jersey PA license NCCPA certification required BLS, ACLS (PALS preferred) Prior Emergency Medicine experience preferred, new graduates with strong clinical rotations considered Strong clinical judgment, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills Full-time Monday to Friday 12p-8p Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
