Qualification Requirements Accredited Dental degree (DDS, DMD) Strong work ethic, an outgoing & personable chair‑side manner, and a desire to continually learn and become better in Dentistry. Compensation Salary: $200,000 to $350,000/year. Up to $1,500 Daily Minimum Guarantee depending on experience. Production-based Compensation with a potential to make up to $35,000/month.
