At PT Solutions, we're hiring for a full-time Clinic Manager in San Marcos, TX who is ready to elevate their career while making a real difference in the lives of patients and our communities. We are open to Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists for this position.

Your responsibilities as an Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Clinic Manager include:

• Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team
• Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline's practice act and licensing board
• To oversee patient care and clinic billing practices
• Maintaining positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance
• Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance
• Carry strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association

Pay Range: $83,200-$104,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
