Job Summary

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision of more senior level Engineers:

• Contributes to design of rotating electrical equipment using various LSNA design programs.
• Performs/directs activities to ensure that manufacturing and operational testing conform to internal and external customerspecifications
• Provides direct technical support to internal and external customers
• Mentor and train co-workers as required
• Prescribe interpret and analyze test results and formulate remedial measures as required
• Uses Lean and Quality initiatives in a cross functional environment
• Supporting applicable manufacturing and testing system
• Utilizes current ERP/PLM systems to make necessary and applicable updates to internal processes and design guidelines

Experience/Skills:

• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of electrical power fundamentals as well as strong analytical organizational and oral communication skills.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience

Additional Job Details

Education:

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar technical science field) required.
