Responsibilities Act as a brand representative reflective of the company values Contribute to the service and selling culture in the store by developing authentic customer connections Offer expert styling advice and provide an individualized experience with product recommendations Utilize technology to provide a frictionless client experience Collaborate with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team Partner with leadership team to mentor service and selling strategies Assist store leaders in maintaining a visually compelling store that is neat, clean and organized Foster ongoing relationships with clients through outreach and networking Requirements Anthro and Anthro Weddings brand fan Experience in customer service and clienteling Experience being a team player Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays Soft Skills Authentic Customer Connections Expert Styling Advice Networking Communication #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
