About This Role Adventist Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for their Float Pool Level III unit, focusing on ICU and Med Surg. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about providing comprehensive patient care and mentoring new staff. Highlights Pay: $70/hour Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Shady Grove Medical Center Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You’ll Do Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care at the bedside. Document patient care and outcomes electronically. Delegate tasks to non-licensed personnel. Serve as a preceptor or mentor for new staff, externs, or students. Participate in unit quality initiatives. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planning. Pursue professional development and growth.
