Bookkeeper - Part-Time

Job Full Description

• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Data entry and maintaining financial records
• Filing and organizing documents
• Assisting with payroll and invoicing
• Reconciling bank statements
• Answering phones and providing general office


3+ years of experience using QuickBooks required
General knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
